When the Juke first launched in 2010 it took the market by storm, breaking the small crossover mould in the Nissan range. With sales going through the roof since the model officially hit showrooms around the country, the new Nismo RS is set to follow suit and packs a powerful punch with its sportier, upgraded design. The first noticeable change between the standard version and the RS is the more aggressive ‘in your face’ look, featuring a deeper front and rear air diffuser, bolder wheel arches, LED strips, 18-inch Nismo alloy wheels and matching aggressive red trim. Technology wise the new RS is fully equipped with the Navigation package, including a 5-8-inch touch screen,  NissanConnect apps, USB connectivity, reversing camera, state of the art sat-nav system and the Safety Shield Technology. The Recaro Bucket Sports Seats come straight from the sporty GTR and are fully equipped with black suede centres, red leather bolsters, red stitching and Nismo logos. The interior also boasts an alcantara trim on the steering wheel and centre console, giving the cabin an added edge when it comes to both comfort and design. Whilst the 1.6-litre turbocharged engine in the standard model produces 197bhp and 184lb ft of torque, the new RS edition has been re-tuned to turn out a whopping 215bhp and 106lb ft of torque. Furthermore, it is equipped with a new custom exhaust system, shorter gearing on the gearbox and a more durable clutch and flywheel. Finally, the helical limited slip differential, lowered ride height, reinforced body and chassis and redeveloped power steering all enable the vehicle to offer a much sportier driving experience. The new Nismo RS is now available at all of our dealerships. Visit our website for more information and to contact your local West Way dealer!
