MICRA Goes Electric: Nissan Reveals Pricing for Sixth-Gen Supermini
Nissan has officially announced pricing for its sixth-generation MICRA, now a fully electric compact car. Starting at £21,495 (including £1,500 Electric Car Grant), the entry-level 40kWh Engage model positions the Micra competitively within the EV market. You can order the all-new Nissan MICRA from 1st September 2025.
The new Micra will be available in three trims—Engage, Advance, and Evolve—with two battery options: 40kWh and 52kWh. The top-tier Evolve model with the 52kWh battery is priced at £28,365. The all-new MICRA also qualifies for the Government Electric Car Grant, which means customers can enjoy £1,500 off list price of the vehicle.
The range for the all-new Nissan MICRA also has improved figures:
- 52kWh battery: up to 260 miles
- 40kWh battery: up to 198 miles
The new Micra blends heritage with innovation. Its aerodynamic design includes a sculpted line, enhancing airflow and efficiency. Charging is fast and convenient, with 100kW DC fast charging (or 80kW for the 40kWh version), allowing a 15%-80% charge in as little as 30 minutes. Fitted as standard, the all-new Nissan MICRA has a heat pump and battery thermal management system across all models.
Connectivity is a key feature, with Google Built-in services integrated into the NissanConnect infotainment system, offering smart route planning and remote vehicle management via the NissanConnect Services app.
Optional extras include 18” sport alloy wheels, heated seats and steering wheel, hands-free parking, and premium interior finishes. The Micra’s compact dimensions and tech-rich interior make it ideal for urban driving.
