Kia NewPicanto
The new Kia Picanto was available for the public to buy in July, but what sets this thrilling new edition apart from the previous one?

Despite its compact size, the new Kia Picanto guarantees a bold and charismatic presence.

Let's examine the exterior...

The front of the car is inspired by the striking contrasts in nature, infusing the vehicle with a blend of strength and sophistication. Additionally, the new model showcases an enlarged radiator grille, symbolising top-tier performance, along with a sleek black high-gloss front bumper.

The new Picanto GT-Line and G-Line S models feature a fresh LED Front Lightbar, enhancing the car with a contemporary touch. These lights are integrated with the LED Headlights, serving as daytime running lights on both sides.

The new Picanto model introduces a fresh alloy wheel selection, providing you with a variety of options. You can select from a range that includes new 14" and 16" alloy wheels, along with a special 16" alloy wheel designed for the GT-Line. Each alloy features a robust and intricate design, enhancing the Picanto's overall appearance.

The rear design now features vertical rear combination lamps and an LED tail center lamp, complementing the front-end redesign. Additionally, a new rear bumper enhances both the strength and sophistication of the vehicle. This overall redesign incorporates sporty and technical elements for a modern look.

Transitioning to the interior...

The stylish interior of the new Kia Picanto is designed with details that reflect your personal style.

The Kia Picanto comes standard with an 8" Touchscreen Navigation system on all models, making it easy for you to navigate while on the road. This feature provides real-time navigation information, allows for over-the-air software updates to keep systems current wirelessly, and includes voice recognition, enabling you to stay focused on driving without needing to take your hands off the steering wheel.

The newly designed 4.2" digital cluster display is now included as a standard feature, enhancing the cockpit with a modern ambiance. The high-brightness display screen ensures optimal visibility in any lighting conditions.

The car is equipped with USB Type-C charging, providing convenient access for everyone on board with ports available in both the front and back rows. The Gt-Line S model now offers a new wireless charger for convenient phone charging on the move. It features specially designed rubber pads to secure your phone in place and prevent it from sliding out of sight. Additionally, an integrated cooling fan helps reduce heat while charging.

Added effortless driving...

A variety of advanced safety features are included as standard to ensure your safety and the safety of those around you.
The Kia Picanto comes with various anti-collision assistants to aid your driving:

Safe Exit Warning

It detects any approaching vehicles from behind when parked, sending a warning alert and keeping the child locks engaged to prevent rear-seat passengers from exiting. Once the danger has cleared, passengers can safely leave the vehicle.

Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist (FCA)

Depending on the trim level, the Picanto will come equipped with either FCA 1.0 or 1.5. The FCA 1.5 feature assists in preventing potential collisions with pedestrians, cyclists, and other vehicles by automatically applying the brakes when it detects insufficient braking force to avert a collision.

Rear Cross-Traffic Collision-Avoidance Assist (RCCA)

When reversing, the RCCA system will notify you if there are any cars or pedestrians crossing behind your vehicle. If there is a potential collision, the system will automatically apply brakes for you.

Blind-Spot Collision-Avoidance Assist (BCA)

This feature alerts you to potential collisions with vehicles in your blind spot when changing lanes. It also provides automatic emergency braking assistance to prevent collisions when exiting a parallel parking spot.

The Kia Picanto is equipped with driving assistants to support you while driving. The Intelligent Speed Limit Assist offers essential information to assist you in adhering to speed regulations. Using the windshield camera, it detects speed limits and overtaking restrictions, then presents this data prominently on the navigation screen and driving cluster. Another helpful feature is the Driver Attention Warning Plus, which observes the driver's steering and acceleration patterns to identify signs of distraction and notifies with a warning sound. Lane Following Assist functions by detecting lane markings and/or vehicles on the road, providing steering assistance to help maintain your car's position between lanes.
