As a Brayleys customer, our dedicated Bodyshop team can:
Recover your Vehicle
If your vehicle is not driveable, we will arrange to have it recovered and moved to an appropriate location until it can be repaired.
Get you back on the road
Whilst your vehicle is being repaired, we will arrange a replacement vehicle to keep you mobile.
Organise repairs
Most people do not realise that they have the right to choose who repairs their vehicle when they have an accident. Our service ensures that repairs are performed by trained technicians, using approved repair methods and manufacturer approved parts, guaranteeing your vehicle is returned to manufacturer safety standards. Our team will also monitor the repairs of your vehicle, keeping you fully updated throughout the process.
Manage the process
Our team will co-ordinate the repairs and liaise with your insurance company and the third-party insurer to take away the stress and inconvenience. We will also handle any uninsured losses and any personal injury claim for you saving you the hassle of pursuing it yourself.
