The Honda NT1100

The Honda NT1100 delivers a refined take on modern touring, now enhanced with a series of performance and technology upgrades. Its parallel-twin engine has been reworked to produce stronger low and mid-range pulling power, giving smoother, more responsive acceleration for both city riding and long-distance cruising.

There’s options aplenty too, with everything from a six-speed Dual Clutch Transmission through to Android Auto/Apple CarPlay connectivity available. What’s more, the model offers such features as heated grips and cruise control for added support, while three distinct driving modes - URBAN, RAIN and TOUR - tailor performance accordingly.

Built for distance

It’s the small, practical changes that really improve the new NT1100 as a long-distance bike, many of them influenced directly by feedback from existing owners. The updated front fairing offers better wind protection at higher speeds, helping reduce rider fatigue on longer journeys without feeling bulky or overstyled.

The windscreen can now be adjusted by hand while you’re seated and stationary, making it quicker and easier to fine-tune your riding position before setting off. Storage has also been improved, with deeper pannier lids providing extra space, enough to fit a full-face helmet in each side.

The NT1100 now comes with a longer front mudguard, extended by 150mm, which helps direct water away from the bike and rider in wet conditions. Combined with the large 20-litre fuel tank, capable of delivering up to around 400km between fill-ups, the NT1100 is well suited to riders who want to travel further with fewer stops and less hassle.
