Compulsory Basic Training (CBT)
Their beginner's course includes the Compulsory Basic Training required for riding a motorcycle up to 125cc (no theory test required). You'll begin practicing on the latest Honda Motorcycles and upon completion, you'll receive a CBT certificate. Your instructor will introduce you to the equipment and fundamentals before heading out on the road. If your instructor is satisfied with your progress, you'll earn your CBT certificate.
Full Course
Up to 6 days of intensive training can transform you from a beginner to a fully qualified rider with a full license. In a short period, you will gain the skills to ride various motorcycles from the impressive Honda lineup (depending on your license type). With the support of their experienced instructors, you will advance from CBT, starting with larger engine sizes before moving to on-road riding. Once your instructor believes you are prepared, you will move on to Mod 1 and Mod 2 assessments.
Refresher Course
Perfect for those who have not ridden in a while and wish to regain their confidence. Benefit from a full day of guidance from a Honda expert. In addition to refreshing your memory, you will acquire new skills, techniques, and valuable safety advice. The refresher training commences with off-road practice to help you reacquaint yourself. The instructor will then customise the rest of the day based on your skill level, providing you with a personalised assessment of your performance before you leave.
Step Up Course
Tailored for individuals holding a CBT certificate and having passes a theory test, and now aiming to upgrade to a larger motorcycle. Their certified instructors can guide you to achieve A1,A2 or A standard, providing you with a wider range of riding options. Start riding a bigger bike immediately and practice manoeuvring in the training zone before hitting the road. Once prepared, you will ride to the DVLA with your instructor to take your Mod 1 test. The Mod 2 test can be taken the next day.
Upon completion of one of the Honda School of Motorcycling's advanced courses, you will be eligible to receive a £500 discount towards a new motorcycle.
