*Reservation Terms and Conditions as of 10.05.2021 apply to any reservation of a vehicle you make with Brayleys Cars Ltd over the phone or by email. The reservation is not a contract for the sale of the vehicle or an offer to sell you the vehicle at a specific price. You are not obliged to purchase the vehicle and we are not obliged to accept any offer you make to purchase the vehicle. We will provide you with any information about the vehicle on request. The images of vehicles on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Any reservation you request is subject to acceptance by us. We may not accept a reservation for any reason. All reservations are subject to availability and are made on a first-come, first-served basis. We cannot guarantee that vehicles displayed on the site will be available for reservation. To make a reservation, you are required to pay a £250 deposit by bank transfer. If you decide not to purchase the vehicle, we will refund your deposit. If you decide to purchase the vehicle, we will retain the deposit as part payment towards the purchase price. We will reserve the vehicle for you for 24 hours from the time and date that we receive your deposit, unless you cancel the reservation or inform us that you do not wish to purchase the vehicle. After 24 hours, if you have not proceeded with the purchase, your reservation will be cancelled and your deposit refunded. Either party may cancel the reservation for any reason.
