Once you’ve picked the car you want, pay a £99 deposit online and your car is ordered. We’ll give you a full refund if you change your mind. Our sales team is still working, so would be very happy to hear from you – please contact us.

3. Collect in dealership or we’ll deliver

As soon as government guidelines allow, we’ll arrange for you to collect your new Renault or we’ll deliver it to you.

*Reservation Terms and Conditions as of 20.04.2020 apply to any reservation of a vehicle you make with Brayleys Cars Ltd over the telephone or by email. The reservation is not a contract for the sale of the vehicle or an offer to sell you the vehicle at a specific price. You are not obliged to purchase the Vehicle and we are not obliged to accept any offer you make to purchase the Vehicle. We will provide you with any information about the Vehicle on request. The images of vehicles on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Any reservation you request is subject to acceptance by us. We may not accept a reservation for any reason. All reservations are subject to the stock and are made on a first-come, first-served basis. We cannot guarantee that vehicles displayed on the site will be available for reservation. To make a reservation you are required to pay a deposit of £99 including VAT payable by bank transfer. If you decide not to purchase the Vehicle we will refund your deposit. If you decide to purchase the vehicle, we will retain the deposit as part payment towards the purchase price. We will reserve the Vehicle for you until an agreed date unless you cancel the reservation or inform us that you do not wish to purchase the Vehicle. Unless cancelled or otherwise agreed, reservations will be valid until 3 days after the business re-opens. After this time, reservations will be cancelled and refunded.
