The MEGANE’s high-tech cockpit exudes elegance. The new EASYLINK multimedia system comes in three versions: the entry-level 7” screen, a 7” screen plus sat nav or a 9.3” portrait-screen version, also with integrated sat nav. All three offer Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. The system also allows you access to Multi-Sense, so you can set your personalised driving modes: Eco Mode, Comfort Mode, Sport Mode or the default MySense mode for your tailored experience. With EASYLINK and EASY CONNECT, the MEGANE brings you a range of apps. This means you can control many of the car’s functions remotely with your smartphone.

New Renault MEGANE R.S.

When high performance matters, you’ll want the new Renault MEGANE R.S. It’s the sport hatchback that’s also built for comfort and driving pleasure. The top spec includes:

Sport chassis
300hp (220kW) 1.8 turbocharged direct-injection engine (same as powers the R.S. Trophy)
Torque increased by 30Nm to 420Nm on EDC transmission models
Torque increased to 400Nm on manual models
Mechanical valve on the exhaust system to adjust the soundtrack

These upgrades mean you can now enjoy best-in-class torque from the MEGANE R.S. There’s also an optional Monitor to show the car’s settings in real time, including acceleration, steering-wheel angle, 4CONTROL system operation, braking, pressures and temperatures.

Driver assistance systems, like lane departure warning, adaptive speed control and active emergency braking, leave you free to enjoy every mile, every bend, every acceleration. The EASY LINK multimedia system with 9.3” screen keeps you connected, entertained and on track.

MEGANE R.S. Line

Vibrant and sporty, the MEGANE R.S. Line powers in at the top of the standard range. It benefits from a design inspired by Renault Sport. Its link with the full-throated MEGANE R.S. is easy to see. The iconic F1 blade, the honeycomb front grille and the muscular rear end show the pedigree of this exciting model. The hatchback comes with two exhaust tailpipes and the estate displays a single chrome tailpipe. Both are available with Monthlery 17” alloy wheels as standard or you can opt for 18” Magny-Cours alloys.

The racing theme continues with the sporty black interior, highlighted by red and grey stitching and edging. There’s extra lateral support, as well as carbon-look inserts for the sports seats. The perforated leather steering wheel has the double R.S. diamond stamped on it. There are also aluminium pedals.

New Renault MEGANE R.S. Trophy

The new MEGANE R.S. Trophy is built for the track. Its ultra-high performance is thanks to features such as:

Cup frame
1.8-litre, 300hp turbo engine
Mechanical Torsen limited-slip differential
Shock absorbers: stiffness increased by 25%
Suspension springs: stiffness increased by 30%
Anti-roll bar with a 10% higher setting than on the MEGANE R.S.
R.S. Monitor fitted as standard

Available as an exclusive option are Recaro seats. Rear side privacy glass brings a taste of sophistication, along with the Technical Grey Alcantara upholstery.

Outside, there are new LED headlights. The red Brembo callipers hint at the efficiency of the bi-material, front brake discs.
