West Way Wolverhampton come to the rescue
When Emma Beckett placed her order for an All-New Qashqai Tekna Plus, she wasn't expecting the surprise she woke up to on the day of collection.
Our longstanding customer, Emma, found herself in a huge dilemma, and our Wolverhampton dealership pulled together to find a fix.
On November 13th, which was her arranged day of collection, Emma called sales executive Sonia Hickman to reveal the vehicle that she was part exchanging had been stolen during the night, and that she could not attend her appointment as she had no other vehicle available.

Luckily, our super star sales executive, Sonia, was quick thinking and wanted to show compassion to Emma, as she has been a loyal customer and her previous five cars were all bought from West Way.
After speaking with Dave Short, who is the dealer principle of the our Wolverhampton dealership, about this situation, Sonia was able to put together plans that would reward our loyal customer, and also ensure that she wouldn't be without a car.
A courtesy car was loaned out to Emma on the same day, which allowed her to remain mobile whilst she was waiting for her claim to be processed with her insurance.
A week later, Emma's insurance had settled her claim and everything was ready to go ahead once again.
Sonia arranged another appointment for handover of the new vehicle, and on November 24th Emma drove away completely satisfied with the service and all the help that Sonia and the Wolverhampton team provided.
