At West Way we’re proud to welcome our new apprentices who have been specially selected on the basis of their drive and passion for success. The new apprentices gear up for their new careers at West Way.[/caption] Dubbed as ‘the sales people of the future’ the successful candidates will be given the opportunity to achieve a nationally recognised qualification, gain personal mentoring and training with some of the best sales people in the country all whilst working in our business and gaining hands on experience. Earlier this year, young people across the country answered our call to find enthusiastic and passionate individuals who have an appetite to grow and develop. With the help of the national training provider Retail Motor Industry Training (REMIT) we were able to select the best of the best. “Competition for an apprenticeship place at West Way was tough so our new apprentices have already achieved a great deal by being accepted onto the programme.” Andy Buswell, HR Manager, West Way.
