The Safe Way to Get Your Car Serviced
All you need to do is follow a simple 4 step process. You can even add additional work or checks you’d like to be carried out. And you don’t need your credit card at hand, as we don’t take online payment upfront. Just pay on the day!
West Way have in place a number of measures to ensure it is as safe as possible to get your car serviced including book online, check in online and our new social distancing policy.
We have introduced a new innovative system that allows you to check your vehicle in at home 24 hours before your appointment at the dealership. The online self-check in service lets you review all of the work your vehicle has been booked in for and sign it off, reducing the need for contact and speeding up the process.
When you arrive at the dealership you will be asked to place your key in the plastic bag provided, it will then be sanitised and sealed. Staff will then prepare your vehicle for the workshop by placing the following protective equipment: seat covers, steering wheel cover, gear knob cover and paper floor mats. Prior to returning, your vehicle will be cleaned as per our 22-point vehicle cleaning checklist.
When you enter the showroom you will be asked to sanitise your hands at our sanitisation station. Social distancing measures are in place at all times and all chairs are at least 2 metres apart. Clear safety screens have also been set up for additional safety. We have introduced a fully paperless process to reduce contact for your safety and the safety of our staff. Payment machines are also sanitised after each use.
