The Nissan Note Gets its own Specially Designed CarZorb
The Nissan Note has quickly gone from being one of the safest vehicles on the street to one of the most extreme. This comes after the car was placed into the world’s largest (and first) car zorbing ball before being rolled down a course of steep hills to celebrate the model’s first birthday and Safety Shield Technology. The six-metre inflatable CarZorb, which was custom-made for the occasion, took over two months to build and weighed in at over a tonne. Measuring six metres in diameter and more than 18 metres in circumference, the device was put to the test at a top secret military training facility before the hatchback was placed inside for the two-minute stunt to take place. The models Safety Shield Technology is made up of its innovative lane departure warning system, blind spot warning and moving object detection. These features are powered by a 360° around view monitor with a self-cleaning rear camera. With all this in mind, it’s certainly easy to see where the “protective bubble” concept of came from! If you would like to test out the Safety Shield Technology on the Note and see just how much it can keep you safe on the road visit our website! Watch the CarZorb in action below.
