Support Paul!
With days on end of non-stop rain, we've all had to brave the weather this week, but thousands of miles away there is one man who is really facing the elements. Paul Lloyd, our General Manager at West Way Manchester, is trekking through the North African terrain to raise funds for the Parachute Regiment Afghanistan Trust.
Setting off last Wednesday, Paul swapped Nissans for walking boots as he began his challenge of a lifetime; two weeks trekking through Morocco.
He is also joined by four soldiers from the Parachute Regiment, who suffered life changing injuries. And just in case he begins to miss his Nissans, Paul will be back in the driver’s seat as he tackles a 4x4 cross-dessert navigation task in the Nissan NAVARA.
All money raised through Paul's challenge of a lifetime will be donated to the charity, which supports the soldiers and their families who served with the regiment and were wounded or killed in action.
Paul returns to the UK on 2nd May but there is still plenty of time to give generously on his Just Giving page. To make a donation, visit the fundraising page http://www.justgiving.com/westwaymissionmorocco
