Electric vehicle sales outpace Diesel sales

As of yesterday, it was reported that electric vehicles are now selling faster than diesel vehicles, for the second month in the row.
Despite new car registrations having fallen by almost a third, due to the chip shortage, but also because of the pingdemic, where staff members are having to self-isolate, it is reported that sales of electric vehicles are now outpacing diesel vehicles.

As of yesterday, it was reported by the BBC that for the second month running EV's have been selling much faster than diesel vehicles, but petrol still far out-paced both. This is the third time that this has been reported in the space of two years.

Recently, people have been more inclined to go electric as the UK tries to move towards a low emissions and low carbon future. To enforce this, the UK are going to ban the sales of new petrol and diesels cars by 2030, and hybrids by 2035; with a prediction that by 2050, all cars on our roads will be electric.
As the country heads towards a more sustainable society, we encourage you to take a look at the current offers we have regarding EV's, including the Nissan LEAF.

Our current Go Electric event is running until August 31st, so what can you get with this offer?
