3 Generations at West Way Coventry

Coventry Sales Executive, Alistair Harding, has sold cars to 3 generations of the same family! Highlighting just how important good customer service is. We interviewed customer, Sarah Taylor, and asked her why she recommended West Way to her family and friends.

How long have you been a customer of West Way?

How many cars have you had from us? Which models have you had?

I’ve had 4 cars. I’ve had a Pixo, a Micra, a Note and now I’m in a new Micra.

What is the story with your family members coming in for cars?

I passed my driving test and went to visit West Way Coventry. The customer service I received was brilliant and not forceful at all. I ended up purchasing a car. My daughter Amy then passed her driving test and I told her to visit West Way. Amy was also impressed with the service and purchased a Juke. My dad had then seen how much Amy and I liked our cars and how well we were treated. He visited West Way himself and now drives a Qashqai.

Why did you recommend West Way?

I recommended West Way because the staff are so friendly and do whatever they can to help you. They are not forceful or pushy and always try to get the best deal they can for you. I tell all of my family and friends how fantastic they are!
