Improved responsiveness, sharper handling and an updated suspension and chassis

Improved responsiveness, sharper handling and an updated suspension and chassis are some of the highlights of the 2013 Nissan GT-R.

The new and improved GT-R has been rigorously tested and been put through its paces at the dangerous Nürburgring race track in Germany. The engine is still relatively the same with the potential of reaching a top speed of 195mph but some of the enhancements include a new fuel injector system installed along with a new relief valve for the turbo system to give the car a much faster turbo response.

We do know that the chassis has been completely updated with a new suspension set up for even more control and stability when cornering. New cam bolts on the front suspension also give the driver even more stability.

The New Nissan GT-R is set for release in 2013 and officially goes on sale in the spring time. The GT-R has come a long way since it started its journey as the Nissan Skyline. It will no doubt hit the headlines again in spring, when Nissan release this new version. It's already a huge hit with famous car enthusiast Jeremy Clarkson of Top Gear, and at West Way we are excited to see what Nissan have to offer.

Remember if you have any enquiries about the upcoming GT-R be sure to visit West Way the UK's largest official Nissan dealership.
