Following the government announcement of new national restrictions from 5 November until 2 December 2020, we wanted to let you know about changes to our dealership operations during this period.

At Brayley Mitsubishi, you can be assured that we’re ready to maintain the very highest levels of customer care and support during the restrictions.


Our servicing operations remain open as usual Monday to Friday for all your service, MOT, and repair requirements by appointment in accordance with government guidelines. Our Service department will close on weekends throughout November.  


Existing Service/Repair Bookings

All existing servicing and repair bookings are unaffected. Contact the service department if you would like to book a service, repair or MOT. Get in touch by phone, email or on our live chat facility online and we’d be happy to help.


MOT Bookings

Currently, no announcements have been made regarding further MOT extensions. If your car is booked in for an MOT, we recommend keeping your existing appointment. Should your MOT due date be approaching, contact our service department to book your car in when convenient as usual.

Following the announcement on 31st October of a national lockdown for England from 5th November, I want to outline how we will continue to be there to help our customers, while working within the guidance laid out by the government.

All Brayleys dealerships will remain open as normal until Thursday 5th November.

Our service departments will be operating as usual throughout the lockdown. This means that essential maintenance, servicing, repairs and MOTs will continue to be available should you need them. To make an appointment, simply call the dealership or email our service teams directly.

I know from talking to my staff that we’re all keen to do everything necessary to continue offering and maintaining our usual high levels of customer service throughout this lockdown. If you have any questions or anything else we can help you with, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

The reservation is not a contract for the sale of the vehicle or an offer to sell you the vehicle at a specific price. We will reserve the Vehicle for you until an agreed date unless you cancel the reservation or inform us that you do not wish to purchase the Vehicle. Unless cancelled or otherwise agreed, reservations will be valid until 3 days after the business re-opens. After this time, reservations will be cancelled and refunded.
