Since July 2006, Mazda replaced the old-fashioned service book with the new online Mazda DSR system. The Mazda Digital Service Record system is an online database where all the service records for your Mazda are securely stored. The Mazda DSR has three main advantages for you and your Mazda:

Your Mazda’s service history can never be lost or tampered with, unlike in a standard service booklet. So any purchaser will see an accurate service history with an accurate recorded mileage from every time work was carried out.
Because we have access to your Mazda’s DSR, we can send you service reminders based on your driving patterns, so you can be sure that you will always have your Mazda serviced when it needs it. What’s more, when you bring your Mazda to us for servicing, we’ll give you a print out from your DSR, so you can see the record of all the work we’ve done. And we can print you out another copy any time you need it.
