NEW MAZDA3 DESIGN

The Mazda 3 demands attention. Its artistic auto design combines a feeling of power and sophistication. The whole car is shaped for a sense of speed. The honeycomb grille traces bold lines at the front towards the sleek, adaptive LED headlights. Combining style and function, you’ll enjoy improved night-time visibility with a range of approximately 200 metres. The pronounced front spoiler gives the car a lowered, sporty feel, enhanced by the dark metallic front signature wing. The body flows around to the curved rear quarters to finish with an integrated rear spoiler, completing the harmonious hatchback shape. The eye-catching colours - from Soul Red, to metallic Machine Grey and Deep Crystal Blue mica, adapt to the light, giving the impression of motion - even when standing still.

MAZDA HYBRID AND SKYACTIV INNOVATION

Mazda’s M Hybrid (Mild Hybrid) technology comes as standard with the 2.0 e-Skyactiv G petrol unit. This intelligent 24V system cleverly converts kinetic energy created when braking to enhance acceleration as well as powering onboard electronics. The Mazda3 is the first ever to feature a mild hybrid system, guaranteeing improved CO2 emissions, better fuel economy, a virtually silent engine and a consistent drive thanks to controlled engine response.

The revolutionary e-Skyactiv X engine will also be available. This 2.0 litre petrol, four-cylinder unit uses innovative spark and compression technology to boost power and reduce emissions. You’ll benefit from 186PS of power with an impressive 240Nm of torque. Fuel economy hits a high of over 51 mpg with only 124g/km CO2 emissions. These are the engines of the future, with high performance and environmentally-friendly efficiency, assuring a responsive yet economical driving experience.

The new seat design gives superb support for an optimum driver/car connection. During longer journeys, fatigue is reduced by their ergonomic design and quality construction.
