All our Brayley Mazda dealerships are now open for sales and servicing by appointment. We’ve put social distancing and sanitisation measures in place to make sure it’s safe for you and our staff.

We’ve also introduced a range of new ‘at-home’ options that make buying a new or used car even easier and more convenient. You can make a virtual appointment with your local Brayley Mazda showroom and reserve a new car or reserve a used car online with a deposit of just £99.

Plus, you can arrange your finance quote or part-exchange valuation remotely, choose to collect your new car from the dealership or request a contactless home delivery. Our sales team is here to help – contact us on email, by phone, video call or live chat.

We’ve got some great news! Brayleys is coming out of lockdown strongly with the purchase of a dealership in Romford. To ensure the smooth running of the system and to avoid waiting, please arrive for your appointment on time. If you arrive at one of our dealerships without a prior booking, you may be asked to wait outside until the next appointment slot becomes available. If you’re experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, you should not visit the dealership.

When you arrive, our customer teams will tell you about the distancing and hygiene measures we’ve put in place and what you need to do to stay safe. In line with government guidance, we would ask you to please wear a face covering when you visit. There is a supply of masks at each dealership, if required.

We’re prioritising previous service bookings and you should have received a rescheduled appointment. You can also make new service bookings online. A. For car showroom sales, some of our dealerships are open. Our teams have been working hard to put in place measures to protect staff and customers, making your visit as safe and enjoyable as possible.

CAN I BUY A CAR AT THE MOMENT?

A. Yes. Select your choice of New Mazda Cars in stock or browse our extensive range of Approved Used Mazda Cars and reserve online. We’ll arrange an appointment for you to collect your car when convenient for you.

CAN I TAKE A TEST DRIVE?

A. Some of our showrooms are now open and test drives are available subject to conditions. Contact us for more details. However, a Video Test Drive is a convenient way to see your choice of New or Used car from the comfort of your home.

I’VE ORDERED A CAR. WHEN CAN I COLLECT IT?

A. You should have been contacted if you have ordered a car to arrange collection at a convenient time. Contact our sales team who will be happy to help.

I’m pleased to inform you that we’re planning to reopen some Brayleys dealerships on 1st June 2020. Our teams are working hard in preparation to ensure the highest levels of safety and protection, whilst offering you the best possible customer experience. We’re all looking forward to welcoming you back to our dealerships soon for Sales and Servicing.

The reservation is not a contract for the sale of the vehicle or an offer to sell you the vehicle at a specific price. You are not obliged to purchase the Vehicle and we are not obliged to accept any offer you make to purchase the Vehicle. We will provide you with any information about the Vehicle on request. The images of vehicles on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Any reservation you request is subject to acceptance by us. We may not accept a reservation for any reason. All reservations are subject to the stock and are made on a first-come, first-served basis. We cannot guarantee that vehicles displayed on the site will be available for reservation. To make a reservation you are required to pay a deposit of £99 including VAT payable by bank transfer. If you decide not to purchase the Vehicle we will refund your deposit.
