KEEPING YOU SAFE AT OUR DEALERSHIPS

You’ll need to make an appointment for Sales and Servicing. If you come to the dealerships without a prior booking, you may be asked to wait outside until the next appointment becomes available. On arrival, you’ll need to have the NHS COVID-19 contact tracing app downloaded on your smartphone or tablet and scan the QR code poster at the entrance. Our teams are on hand to guide you through this simple process.

In line with government guidance, we would ask you to please wear a face covering when you visit. There is a supply of masks at each dealership, should you need one. If you’re experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, however mild, you should not visit the dealership and follow the NHS guidance.

CAN I BUY A CAR AT THE MOMENT?

A. Yes. Choose from our selection of New Mazda Cars in stock or browse our extensive range of Approved Used Mazda Cars and reserve online. We’ll arrange an appointment for you to collect your car or we’ll deliver it to you. We’re here to answer all your questions on new and used cars.

CAN I TAKE A TEST DRIVE?

A. Yes. Vehicle test drives are available subject to conditions and following our COVID-19 secure procedures. A video consultation is a convenient way to see your choice of new or used car from the comfort of your home.

I’VE ORDERED A CAR. WHEN CAN I COLLECT IT?

A. We should have contacted you already to arrange collection or delivery. Please Contact our sales team who will be happy to help.

I hope you and your family are keeping safe and well.

I’m pleased to inform you that we’re planning to reopen some Brayleys dealerships on 1st June 2020. Our teams are working hard in preparation to ensure the highest levels of safety and protection, whilst offering you the best possible customer experience. We’re all looking forward to welcoming you back to our dealerships soon for Sales and Servicing.

For those at risk or taking extra care at home, we’re pleased to continue supporting you via Brayleys Online, giving you access to a range of connected services. We've introduced new communication channels including Live Chat, as well as online reservations for new and used cars.

The reservation is not a contract for the sale of the vehicle or an offer to sell you the vehicle at a specific price. You are not obliged to purchase the Vehicle and we are not obliged to accept any offer you make to purchase the Vehicle. We will provide you with any information about the Vehicle on request. The images of vehicles on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Any reservation you request is subject to acceptance by us. We may not accept a reservation for any reason. All reservations are subject to the stock and are made on a first-come, first-served basis. We cannot guarantee that vehicles displayed on the site will be available for reservation. To make a reservation you are required to pay a deposit of £99 including VAT payable by bank transfer. If you decide not to purchase the Vehicle we will refund your deposit. If you decide to purchase the vehicle, we will retain the deposit as part payment towards the purchase price. We will reserve the Vehicle for you until an agreed date unless you cancel the reservation or inform us that you do not wish to purchase the Vehicle. Unless cancelled or otherwise agreed, reservations will be valid until 3 days after the business re-opens. After this time, reservations will be cancelled and refunded.
