BRAYLEY HONDA REOPENING UPDATE

Following the latest Government COVID-19 guidelines, we’re pleased to advise that we have reopened some of our dealerships. Our Service Centres and showrooms have been prepared to offer you the very best experience while maintaining social distancing and other safety measures.

We’ve got some great news! Brayleys is coming out of lockdown strongly with the purchase of Romford Honda from Glyn Hopkin. Appointments

Our top priority at Brayley Honda is to safeguard our staff and customers, so we have opened by appointment only. In order to ensure the smooth running of the schedule, please arrive for your appointment on time. If you arrive at one of our dealerships without a prior booking, you’ll be asked to wait until the next available appointment to ensure everyone’s safety.

Hygiene

When you arrive for your appointment, our customer teams will give you instructions on what to do. Sanitising and hygiene measures are being put in place in all interior and exterior customer areas. For example, showroom vehicles will be kept locked, no refreshments will be available and customer toilets will only be opened on request, so we can make sure they’re thoroughly cleaned after every use.

We’ll be regularly disinfecting surfaces and door handles, as well as protecting paperwork and keys. You’ll be asked to clean your hands with disinfectant gel when you arrive and to maintain social distancing throughout your visit. Contact us for more information.

You’ll see that the dealerships and Service Centres will look a little different. We’ve invested in social distancing signs, floor markings and screens. In some showrooms, customer waiting areas have been restricted or suspended. For your protection, as well as that of our staff, our latest vehicle handover procedures are designed to maintain the recommended two-metre distance during your time at the dealership.

We’re prioritising previous service bookings and you should have received a rescheduled appointment. You can also make new service bookings online. And if you’d rather not come into the showroom, we have a range of online tools you can access from home. We can also offer services such as virtual appointments. CAN I BUY A CAR AT THE MOMENT?

A. Yes. Select your choice of New Honda Cars in stock or browse our extensive range of Approved Used Honda Cars and reserve online. We’ll arrange an appointment for you to collect your car when convenient for you.

CAN I TAKE A TEST DRIVE?

A. Some of our showrooms are now open and test drives are available subject to conditions. Contact us for more details. However, a Video Test Drive is a convenient way to see your choice of New or Used car from the comfort of your home.

I’VE ORDERED A CAR. WHEN CAN I COLLECT IT?

A. You should have been contacted if you have ordered a car to arrange collection at a convenient time. Contact our sales team who will be happy to help.

I’m pleased to inform you that we’re planning to reopen some Brayleys dealerships on 1st June 2020. Our teams are working hard in preparation to ensure the highest levels of safety and protection, whilst offering you the best possible customer experience. We’re all looking forward to welcoming you back to our dealerships soon for Sales and Servicing.
