Your local dealership is open and we’d be delighted to welcome you for Sales or Servicing, by appointment. Here, you’ll find all the latest COVID-19 information on our social distancing and hygiene measures, and how we’re using the NHS COVID-19 app to make sure our dealerships are safe for you and our staff. Contact us to make an appointment.

If you prefer not to come into the dealership, just use our at-home services. With Live Chat 💬, we’re with you online from 05:00 to midnight, seven days a week. We’re also expanding our live video links 🎥🔗 for remote sales consultations in many dealerships. You can also contact us by email or phone – we’re here to help!

Our 'at home' services let you choose and buy your new or used car easily and conveniently from your sofa. Reserve a new or used car online with a deposit of just £99*. Arrange your finance quote or part-exchange valuation remotely and choose to collect your new car from the showroom or request a contactless home delivery.

Brayley Honda Covid-19 appointments


When you make an appointment, our helpful staff will explain what will happen when you arrive. Prior to your appointment, you must download the NHS COVID-19 contact tracing app to your mobile device. This app is a new, nationwide system to help control transmission alongside national and local contact tracing. If you’re experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, however mild, you should not visit the dealership, but should follow the NHS guidance.

To ensure the smooth running of the appointments system, please make sure you arrive on time. If you come to the dealerships without a prior booking, you may be asked to wait outside until the next appointment becomes available.

Safe at Brayley Honda

When you arrive, our customer teams will tell you about the distancing and hygiene measures in place and what you need to do to stay safe. Please make sure you have with you your mobile device (i.e. phone or tablet) with the NHS COVID-19 contact tracing app downloaded. We’ll require you to scan our QR code poster with the app. Our staff will show you where it is at the dealership entrance and guide you through this simple process. In line with government guidance, we would ask you to please wear a face covering when you visit. There is a supply of masks at each dealership, should you need one.

To make a reservation you are required to pay a deposit of £99 including VAT payable by bank transfer. If you decide not to purchase the Vehicle we will refund your deposit. If you decide to purchase the vehicle, we will retain the deposit as part payment towards the purchase price. We will reserve the Vehicle for you until an agreed date unless you cancel the reservation or inform us that you do not wish to purchase the Vehicle. Unless cancelled or otherwise agreed, reservations will be valid until 3 days after the business re-opens. After this time, reservations will be cancelled and refunded.
