Dacia Logan MCV: A lot of car for little cost
The new, improved Dacia Logan MCV: still vast and versatile, and now available to order from Brayley Dacia
With enhancements across the board, the new Dacia Logan MCV offers better value for money than ever before, thanks to a more convenient, comfortable and economical drive, offered at the same price and with the same incredible practicality as before. It means the Logan MCV truly is an unbeatable package, being by far the lowest priced estate car you can currently buy in the UK. And yet now, it’s even better. To find out just how much better, and to be one of the first to enjoy this unique estate, contact Brayley Dacia and order yours today.
With a fresh new look, the 2017 Dacia Logan MCV looks anything but budget. A new Dacia light signature, featuring double optic headlights and LED daytime running lights, and redesigned bumpers give the Logan a more contemporary and dynamic look, while new wheel designs and paint options give you more scope to personalise, and make your Logan more distinctive and unique. Inside, things have gotten smarter too, with new trim and upholstery finishes lending the Logan a more elegant, modern cabin ambience and making for a more comfortable environment in which to really rack up the miles.
Of course, the interior of the new Dacia estate has been improved in other ways too. It’s also been made into an even more practical place to transport the family, with the addition of a 12-volt power socket for rear passengers to charge mobile devices, and numerous stowage spaces, including a front mobile phone cubbyhole and a centre console bottle holder at the rear. However, the best bits of the interior haven’t been changed, which means a remarkably vast 1,518 litres of boot capacity with the rear seats down, and an equally impressive 573 litres with them up.
Equipment levels have been strengthened, with air conditioning and DAB radio now standard, except on Access trim, and top-of-the-range Lauréate versions now come with the MediaNav navigation system – incorporating a 7-inch touchscreen and Bluetooth connectivity – and rear parking sensors as standard. To make driving even easier, a reversing camera and hill start assist is available as well.
A new entry-level engine ensures the Logan remains the big car with small running costs. It now comes with Dacia’s advanced three-cylinder petrol engine, which produces the same power as the old 1.2 engine (75PS), yet is up to 10 percent more efficient, with fuel economy figures of up to 54.3mpg combined achievable. For those who do big miles, there’s still the highly efficient dCi 90 diesel, which provides up to 80.1mpg combined, and for those who require a bit more performance, there’s still the option of a more powerful, 90PS version of the three-cylinder petrol. To experience these engines out on the road, book a test drive at Brayleys.
