*Reservation Terms and Conditions as of 20.04.2020 apply to any reservation of a vehicle you make with Brayleys Cars Ltd over the telephone or by email. The reservation is not a contract for the sale of the vehicle or an offer to sell you the vehicle at a specific price. You are not obliged to purchase the Vehicle and we are not obliged to accept any offer you make to purchase the Vehicle. We will provide you with any information about the Vehicle on request. The images of vehicles on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Any reservation you request is subject to acceptance by us. We may not accept a reservation for any reason. All reservations are subject to the stock and are made on a first-come, first-served basis. We cannot guarantee that vehicles displayed on the site will be available for reservation. To make a reservation you are required to pay a deposit of £99 including VAT payable by bank transfer. If you decide not to purchase the Vehicle we will refund your deposit. If you decide to purchase the vehicle, we will retain the deposit as part payment towards the purchase price. We will reserve the Vehicle for you until an agreed date unless you cancel the reservation or inform us that you do not wish to purchase the Vehicle. Unless cancelled or otherwise agreed, reservations will be valid until 3 days. After this time, reservations will be cancelled and refunded. Either party may cancel the reservation for any reason. **To pre-order a Sandero, you must be a UK resident (including the Channel Islands) and over 18. These pages are updated on a regular basis. However, in the unlikely event that your chosen selection is no longer available, your dealer will assist you in finding a suitable close alternative. Your reservation does not commit you to a purchase or guarantee the selected vehicle, until you have completed your order with your local Dacia retailer. Renault UK Ltd T/A Dacia UK reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time, without notice. £99 holding deposit is fully refundable up until the point the vehicle is ordered in conjunction with your local Dacia retailer. If you change your mind at any time prior to completing your order, contact our customer relations department on 0344 335 1111 who will process your refund.

Service plan applicable on New Dacia Sandero when pre-ordered with a £99 holding deposit between 2nd December 2020 and 31st January 2021 and registered any time in 2021. The Service Plan covers the manufacturer’s minimum maintenance programme requirements for the term of the Service Plan purchased. The plan ends when the vehicle reaches the age (3 years from date of registration) or mileage limit (30,000) whichever comes first. Service Plans do not cover wear and tear items such as (but not limited to) tyres, wiper blades or brakes. For full terms and conditions, please click here. Participating Dealers only. If, and only if, the Customer has acted as an individual (including sole traders) acting for purposes which are wholly or mainly outside that individual’s trade, business, craft or profession and this Agreement has been completed without any face to face contact between us and you, or anyone acting on your or our respective behalf, you may give notice to cancel this Agreement within 14 days without giving any reason.

This cancellation period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party on your behalf, takes delivery or otherwise acquires physical possession of the Goods. To exercise this right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this Agreement in writing by clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email) to our address as set out overleaf. You may use the attached model cancellation form if you wish.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication confirming your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired. 

If you cancel this Agreement, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you under this Agreement, without undue delay, and not later than:-

a)   14 days after the day on which the we receive the Goods back; or

b)   (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the Goods; or

c)   If there were no Goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this Agreement.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you have used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, but in any event you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the Goods back or you have sent evidence of having sent back the Goods to us, whichever is the earliest. You should send back the Goods or deliver them back to us at the address shown overleaf, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days after the day on which you communicate your cancellation of this Agreement to us.

This deadline is met if you send back the Goods before the period of 14 days has expired. We will require that you bear the cost of returning the Goods to us. 

You must take reasonable care of the Goods and will be responsible for any loss or damage from when they are delivered to you until when they are returned to us. You are liable for any diminished value of the Goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Goods.
