About us

We’re a family-run group of dealerships at Brayleys Cars. Our 12 dealerships cover Essex, Hertfordshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and North London at seven separate sites. We’re main dealers for what we think are some of the best and most exciting brands around today, namely Kia, Honda, Mazda, Renault and Dacia. We also offer the full range of aftersales services for Mitsubishi from our Oxford site.

About you

Our parts departments are hubs of activity. As a Parts Advisor, you’ll have to have an encyclopaedic knowledge of our cars and the most common parts we’ll need to fix them. You’ll relish the challenge of keeping our service bays provided with the parts they need to keep on working and delivering customer satisfaction. Your communication skills will need to be top-notch, as you deal with customers face-to-face and with your colleagues. Your positive attitude and enthusiasm for the job will contribute to our friendly, collaborative, working environment.


You’ll need:

  • Excellent sales and customer service skills and experience
  • To be able to demonstrate a level of technical automotive competence
  • Core Maths and English qualifications, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Rigorous attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and organisational skills with effective time management


About the job:

As one of our Parts Advisors, your role will include:

  • Delivering a courteous and efficient parts service
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Delivering added value to customers by promoting appropriate parts and accessories
  • Providing exceptional levels of customer service
