Paul Brayley founded Brayleys Cars in 2003 with only a single Honda dealership at one site. As a boy, he used to work on cars at home with his dad. He left school at 16 with no qualifications, but with a passion for cars. His big break was to gain an apprenticeship with Bristol Street Motors. Now he’s the managing director of a growing business with multi-million-pound sales and some 250 staff.
