About you

You’ll thrive on the pressure of working in a fast-moving dealership environment. You’ll be passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. You’ll display exceptional written and oral communication skills. Above all, you’ll lead by example through exemplifying the Brayleys Cars values and culture.

You’ll need:

  • Technical automotive competence to at least NVQ, ATA, HFC or equivalent
  • To be skilled in logistical management applications
  • Proven excellence in team management and leadership
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed targets
  • A full valid driving licence

About the job:

As an Aftersales Manager at one of our dealerships, your role will include:

  • Taking responsibility for meeting and exceeding customer expectations
  • Managing the aftersales and service advisor teams and meeting all internal and external measures
  • Achieving agreed financial and volume targets
  • Maximising all opportunities to deliver value-added sales
  • Identifying new opportunities for development, innovation and improvement in all areas of the business
  • Creating and maintaining the team culture and a supportive working environment
  • Setting objectives for team members, reviewing individual performance and putting in place ameliorative actions

As a main dealer, Brayleys will ensure you’re fully up to date on all the latest models you’ll come across at the dealership through an ongoing process of manufacturer training. We’ll also be offering you an excellent salary, bonus and benefits package.
