Our busy accounts team needs full-time staff with experience and an understanding of accounts. Responsible to the Group Accountant and based at our St Albans head office, you will have knowledge and experience in the following:

  • posting payments from bank statements
  • batching, coding and posting invoices along with monthly payment run
  • reconciliations and posting cheque requests

Additional duties will include filing, dealing with suppliers to resolve any issues and any other reasonable ad hoc accounts duties. If you are reliable, self motivated, efficient, well organised and able to work to tight deadlines, you could be the person for us.

Vehicle Sales Administrator

Are you an experienced Vehicle Sales Administrator or General Administrator looking for a new challenge? We are interested in Vehicle Sales Administrators to support our sales and accounts teams. Responsible to the Group Accountant, this vital role deals with the registration, AFRL process, taxing, invoicing and funding of our new and used car sales. The successful candidate will need to be able to liaise with the sales, aftersales and accounts teams to ensure cars are ready to be delivered on time and with accurate documentation.
