We’re delighted and proud that our aftersales department at Mazda Grays have been shortlisted for the Motor Trader Industry ‘Aftersales Excellence Award’, 2020.
The Sales and Aftersales history of the town-centre site in Grays can be traced as far back as 1880. More recently, Mazda and Honda Aftersales Manager Michaela Olley has transformed both the customer experience and boosted the profitability of the Grays aftersales department.
Now, thanks to her relentless focus on high-quality customer service, consistency and inspiring leadership, Michaela and her team have achieved a superb customer service satisfaction score of 93%. That’s a rise to joint 4th highest in the UK in just 12 months!
