Exciting news of a new Brayleys dealership in Romford
A message from Paul Brayley
I’m pleased to let you know that Honda Romford has now become part of the Brayleys Cars family. We’re re coming out of lockdown in good shape with the acquisition of the business from Glyn Hopkin.
This is great news for Brayleys customers, meaning more local dealerships, new services and a wider choice of cars backed up by specialist main dealer servicing and customer care.
Since starting our first Honda dealership 17 years ago with a single dealership in St Albans, Brayleys has grown into a leading multi-franchise group. We’re now one of the biggest Honda franchises in the UK with nine outlets across the south-east of England.
We are also proud to represent Kia, Mazda, Renault and Dacia at 15 Sales and Servicing points throughout the Home Counties, Greater London and the Thames Valley, as well as operating a Mitsubishi aftersales centre in Oxford. Above all, as a family-run business, we value friendly and personal customer service.
Commenting on the acquisition of Honda Romford, Brayleys Managing Director, Paul Brayley, said:
“Over the past nine years Glyn Hopkin has developed the Honda Romford business into a successful retailer and our aim is to continue building on this foundation, whilst drawing on our own award-winning experience of representing Honda across the Southeast and Home Counties with class-leading facilities and customer service. As we come out of the pandemic lockdown with confidence, I am looking forward to welcoming the team at Honda Romford into the Brayleys family and further strengthening our partnership with the Honda brand."
“In partnership with AW Rostamani Group, Brayleys will continue exploring opportunities that are complementary to our combined growth strategy and manufacturer product cycles. Honda will see several new hybrid and pure electric model launches in the coming months, starting with the all new Honda Jazz and Jazz Crosstar.”
Brayleys majority shareholder, Dubai-based AW Rostamani Group Chairman and CEO Khalid Al Rostamani, said:
“The acquisition of Honda Romford marks a further step forward in our strategy to build our automotive retail interests in the UK, which is a key market for AW Rostamani Group. In developing Brayleys with Paul and his team, we will continue to assess the right opportunities for future investment, which fit with our vision for growth.”
The Honda Romford showroom is currently closed as we’re renovating the premises and creating a COVID-19 safe environment for our customers and our team. We’re also investing in state-of-the-art phone and IT systems to ensure the very best customer experience, whenever you contact or visit us. We’ll be progressively reopening from 29th June at the same premises in Gallows Corner, with social distancing and hygiene measures in place.
As with all our local Brayleys dealerships,– whether Honda, Mazda, Kia, Renault or Dacia, all our customers can expect to receive the highest levels of service for main dealer Sales and Servicing. We place great importance on attention to detail, exceptional standards of workmanship and customer care. In fact, it’s our stated policy to treat every customer as we would a welcome guest in our home.
The friendly team at Brayleys are here if you have any Sales and Servicing questions or need any help or advice. Get in touch online or by telephone. We’re looking forward to hearing from you!
